| Q10 |
After roaming then returning to the Far EasTone service area, calls made to Far EasTone customers will sometimes play voice messages from the other mobile service providers informing "signals not received" or "not within the service area". Why? |
| A10 |
This is possibly due to the user being still registered under the roaming provider's network and not yet registered back on Far EasTone's network. Simply power off then power on the handset, then manually select the Far EasTone network to restore normal operation.
