How to recharge your card:
*Notes: If you enter the wrong PIN code five times in a row, please stop and contact our customer service personnel.

First scratch the card to obtain the activation PIN code.

Download IF Prepaid APP or direct dial 777 for our free customer service hotline.

Enter the activation PIN at the bottom of the FET recharge card.

When you finish recharge steps, the system will confirm the remaining calling balance and validity period of the IF card for you.

Press "Instant Top Up" and select the payment store.

Recharge validity period and query method

When you complete recharging, the system will confirm the amount of calls currently on your IF Recharge Card, and update the validity period. Every time you recharge, the validity period will be advanced to six months from the recharge date.

You can use IF Prepaid APP.

You can use your phone to dial 777 directly, which will take you to the free voice query system. You can now press 2 to find out your call balance and validity period.
