Highlights and Achievements
  • 65.62 hours training per person, 33% female in managerial position, 1.3% drop in employee turnover rate compared with last year
  • Over 1000 attendances on Agile Talks, which was held to develop an agility culture for employees of FET
  • Encourage employees to attain attestation, an estimated 193 employees received AWS (Amazon Web Services) certification, 38 employees completed Agile Development and Agile Project Management courses
  • Organize quarterly Innovation Award to encourage employee to be innovative. Of the 63 groups that participated, 12 of them were awarded. This is to establish FET's innovative culture
  • Introduce "Digital Skills Training Subsidy Scheme" Sponsorship Program. It was added to provide diversified and various training programs for employees. A total of 306 employees completed the related training and application of subsidy.
